Well blow [m]e down! I’m in a two-person exhibit at Five Myles Gallery in Crown Heights! A few years ago I made a 50ft drawing that was shown on a temporary construction wall outside the gallery, “Milou Takes A Walk.” At the time my dear friend Leonard Langman was to publish an edition of the project: a batch of small leparello books and a small series of large (24 x 24”) prints. Leonard passed from COVID-19. Only one was ever made...
Then to my thrilled surprise the great Hanne Tierney has installed the suite IN the gallery! There will be a socially-distanced opening next Saturday afternoon/evening.
This is such a wonderful event, which to me, is a celebration of Leonard’s life and and passion for contemporary art. I love the the pairing with the artist Jay Moses.
